I think to sell your soul would have been a better option than signing anything with this company.

I helped a family member to get a car from them and all seemed fine at first. Think of it as being treated like a king when you are walk in there. Quick to help, quick to even offer something to drink, but that is were it all ends because that is like dangling a carrot in front of an ass wanting him to move, in this case we were the ass. Here is what they will not tell you when you sign their contract: 1. They can take money anytime from your account, when ever they seem fit to do so. Forget about your so called debit order, as they use your bank card and not account, so you cannot even revers incorrect transactions. 2. They can take up to 5 payments a month if they feel like it. Again you cannot revers this. 3. You can call their so called customer service which FYI are a bunch of people who's morel values were removed from their souls by the devil, Mahomed Seedat the so called manager of this hell hole, who refuses to deal with customers because, and this is a direct quite from one of these so called customer care personnel, we as the customers are beneath him. 4. You can have the contract terminated at any time. This one is so funny as you can terminate the contract but they will keep on deducting your account till they have the contract terminated with their finance department, which are being run by Riyaaz Haffejee, who also refuse to take any calls from customers.

There are many options to look at this but this is by far the company that pride them self's with their Google rating by answering comments as: "We regret the loss of your patronage. However it is notable that we have a 3.8 Google rating . A rating many so-called Blue Chip companies would envy." This is true many companies will envy that rating, but go and look who are writing there...people who just got their cars from them. That rating is a joke as your customers who have been dealing with your so called "blue chip" is seeing right through your lies and also how many of those accounts are your employees, who were threaten with their lives to go and comment.

I beg anyone/ everyone to stay away please these guys are not friendly or caring. You will make the biggest mistake of your life if you sign with them. For the sake of your family, kids and your own well being stay away from them.
