The company is delaying with my Money

I paid a deposit to secure a car, when I made a payment I was informed that it will take 7 days money to be refunded. I was promised a car on 2 occasions and overtime I went to collect, I first told that the car was double booked and it was promised someone and that they will get me another one. On the 2nd occasion I was told the contract Manager was not around and I could not collect. I needed the car urgently so I went to the other dealer, I requested that they refund me so I can deposit with other dealer.<br> <br> I spoke to senior manager and he was not concerned though I was on informed of the 7 days period.
