*****ing customer goods of vehicles

Paid a access of R13k to repair the bakkie after accident, own panel beaters locally quoted R16k to repair, but must be repaired by NO FINANCE CARS own panel. 2 months later we can collect the car, ok no come back tommorow, then today the removed the hunting frame which was in perfect order, stating it was damaged, after the accident photos proved they were lying and the quickly tracked down my frame and going to refit it. The when the bakkie drove past us, the rear left wheel wobbled, told them about it, when they took it to the garage they found the rear axil is bent, but they were just going to give the car to my wife and said all is fine. Now they trying to fix it and we must come back again and again. The office is 80km from my house and have to take off work every time to be stuffed around like this. And funny all payments are up to date and even this R13k access was paid before we even went to see the car. *****ing customers property and doing inferior work, and yet we pay for this insurance and this is the service we get.

Think someone should do something for these guys to jack up their service.
