Stay away from this company

This company is a complete *****. I have been paying off a car for 28 months now. I have never recieved a license disk even after paying penalty fees. They are also quick to come pick up the car if you are a few days late. Its absolutely disgusting how this company is managed and when you want to talk to a manager,, the phones never get answered. Stay away from them as far as you can! I will be contacting ombudsman
