Repossessed car

Good day

I want to put a complian regarding a reposed car, we never received any calls regarding a missing payment, money was in the bank as per the attached statement the is no return debit order but now the car is taken back without any communication and Natasha a very rude lady and she acted very ****** towards us

When I show her the bank statement showing that money was there she tells me that I should go to my bank and ask my bank why no finance did not debit,

Now I had to pay R3300 with charges of which it was not my fault because money was in my bank

They have to provide proof of those calls because they cannot even show me something proving that they did try to communicate with me

When I asked for a manager over the phone they gave a phone to another consultant because a manager would have not spoken to a customer as that guy spoke to my brother

I want my money back because I did not do any wrong hence the debit order was catered for
