I'm renting to own the car at no finance cars i had car about 4 and half years and two months back the car overheated I told them because I also pay insurance to them ,they phoned AA to tow the to Ashley's yard which is towing company the car spent 5 days up until I ask them to sort out ,on the fifth day i went there and move the company to the rmi for checking the for car which they said its approved by them . They did pay for the car up until I paid and we agreed they will reimburse me but they don't want to pay me. Everytime I call them they always say they working on it. And sometimes tell me they will phone me within an hour but never, I need help for getting my money back
