REFUSAL TO PAY

No Finance Cars has a slogan "mobility with dignity", and yet they bully a small black owned business. The lack of communication is unbelievable! We were told to provide a list of documents for payment and a date up to when we should invoice for the storage costs. Then on the day payment is to be made, Mercia Sellars comes with a new list of documents she needs, as they want to get payment done as soon as possible. When I asked Mercia Sellars how long they will take to make payment once she receives the additional documents, she could not tell me how long it would take, but she claims they want to make payment as soon as possible. According to Mercia Sellers, NFC's management will only determine how much storage and salvage they want to pay me once the additional documents are received. NFC has been in business more than 30 years with branches nationwide. Do you turn a blind eye to how employees interact with clients/service providers? Do you build your business by bullying small black owned business?
