****** , recovered and written off car down payment

My car was ****** strapped and recovered by No Fance Apon requesting fo another vehicle as Iam still paying for the car I was told that I was les than 10 months with them , had only bien with them for seven no that’s therefore I will not be able to receive another vehicle or I should pay 30% of the car damages then they will try to assist me with a new contract of new car lease

I don’t understand the fact of why should I pay for the damages of a ****** vehicle while on the contract I was paying for the insurance
