Poor service

I was highjacked on 11 december 2025 ,and called tracker and opened a case . And the car was recovered an hour later with no damages ,and taken to the impound . Then NFC are the ones to collect the car from the impound ,they did took the car to their depot . And the was no communication with me , after a long struggle for over a month , finally they said I must fetch the car and pay an excess of R5000 , when I asked what is it for the lady by Loren said it's for recovery , I asked why must I pay for tracker and recovery , she said it's in the contract. I told her the is no such in the contract , she said it's under RISK , I quoted under risk is about in the event of an accident and she insisted that I pay R5000 to get the car . Of which upon researching from their dealerships no one has ever paid an excess for a car that has been highjacked to be released .
