POOR SERVICE.

Car was given to me with old battery not the same year module as the car. This was discovered after I was stranded as the car never wanted to start, I reach out to Battery Company they assisted me after checking out the battery was the issue ( dead cell ). I brought this under No Car Finance attention with invoice, pictures, video of old battery/ new one yet they never refunded my money as I needed to replace the car with brand new battery as the old one could not have even be revived. Sadly till today my matter has not been resolved
