PATHETIC SERVICE ON FAULTY VEHICLE !!

Dear Mr Mahomed Seedat ,

Please can you look into the matter below the car I drive was towed and brought into your premises on the 3rd of March 2018 and up until now after 3 months I have not received the car back when it was booked in for repairs .I am appalled by the level of incompetence and don’t care attitude in terms of how my case has been handled.I am literally struggling to make ends meet as I have never in my life been inconvenienced this much.I have been paying my instalments as I am binded by the contract yet after 3 months the car is not done and I am being pushed from pillar to post.My financial situation was bad when I took the vehicle and these guys are making my life a misery even more .I have been told twice that the car is ready and every time of the day that im going to collect the car something else comes up and say they have picked up another problem with the car .This has happened twice already and I have not been given a car to drive in the meantime however instalments are going out of my account every month .Your company is so unprofessional they make you feel like a nuisance everytime you try to communicate.

I have spoken to Louren who also promised to assist.Not to mention that Jan even dropped the phone in my ear when I was questioning why it was taking so long to fix the car.Husain has also tried to assist but I am still where I was 3 months ago.

Please can you come back to me as I have alredy engaged the Ombudsman and will be seeking Legal advice from LegalWise and I fil to understand why I am being treated like this .Kindly advise me of the steps to follow to ternminate the contract and also the quotation thereof .
