Pathetic service and No integrity

i took a car on rent to own with No finance cars. i paid a R10 000.00 deposit. i picked up the car first week in September. on the 24 September 2017 the car broke down. i was stranded for work and i called the roadside assistance. they couldn't help at all. The car was eventually towed on the 26 September. I was without a car for 2 weeks until they could give me any feedback. My installment for September 2017 also went off in full. They came back to me stating that i can get another vehicle but i have to pay the difference in deposit which i dont have. The accounts manager called me and she stated that if I cancel the contract i should pay 20% cancellation fee as per contract. Why should I pay 20% when No finance cars cannot supply me with a vehicle? i paid my installment in full however for the last week in September i had no vehicle. I got a final warning at work for not attending work on the 25 September 2017. No finance cars dont care , they just **** innocent people like myself and that's how they make their money. I called and mailed them everyday they do not have the decency to call you. They are so terrible that people should never deal with them, their brilliant ads catch people but in the long run they are not there for the customer.
