Pathetic service

Damn I should have known.. I was involved in the accident recently. Then I decided to read the fine lines on their contract, they said should my car be written off, I'm not getting any compensation. Then I had a long talk on the phone with Loren and Yasifa, that I will fix that car, since I'm left with only 2 months to finish the contract.. We agreed that I must sent a quotation from a panel beater to proof that the car will be fix at less amount than their excess fee, of which I did... Surprisingly I got a call for a towing company saying that they came to collect my car, I told them, it's impossible... When I query with Loren, she said I will be charged for towing since they have sent the towing to collect my car in polokwane, and they didn't find it... Really, after we agreed on something, then this??? And they have already added vehicle excess fee on my account, without even accessing the car.... They are sooo greedy... And I have been asking for the settlement way before the accident happen, I never received it. I'm just wondering, how much towing fee they gonna add.... Never report accident to this guys, and if you not doing business with them, don't ever start.
