No finance I Regret

It's a bad thing to have a car with no finance cars. My car was highjacked but they refuse to assist me a replacement car. I paid for five months on that car paying an installment of R7960 + Deposit of R15000 for a 2016 Polo sedan I filled the claim form on their behalf and I was left hanging there and told my money it's not enough that's why I can't get help from the insurance. Their claim department advised that I must pay one instalment plus deposit for them to reconsider giving me a car but I'm starting from 0 months paid, I don't understand why am not continueing where I left from. The service it's so bad I'm not even sure what happened to the car as the trackers it's theirs i wasn't informed about the last seen of the car nothing I don't even know if they went looking for it or not I was told that they will get back to me within 30 days till after two months I phoned them just to be told that the car was not found and the insurance money was not enough to help me.
