No Finance Cars useless ****s and staff drink on the job with **** attitudes.

If I had the option to choose no stars I would have.

I had a bitter bad situation with No Finance Cars over the weekend.

First of your sales person Dave is useless.

I purchased a vehicle on their rent to own program which isn't very cheap for a Renault kwid R6750 and a R15 000 fully refundable initial deposit paid before I could collect vehicle.

Then needed to pay another R1900 after a week. Saturday 17th May as I came out of a shop a gentleman parked my car and said Jaco which is so disrespectful shouting out my 2nd name and said they are taken the car back due to non payment out loud in a public space.

A week prior a situation started when Dave and the accounts department didn't do their Job they lost my next of kin paperwork.

I bought the Car in Feb took them three months to realize. I never had issues with my debits going off.

I informed No Finance Cars that I had ***** on my Capitec account. And I want to make a manual payment.

THEN Dave reached out and said due to the paperwork of the next to kin they are going to collect my car.

I did resubmit the documentation and they had a issue because I only listed my wife as a contact as both my parents passed away.

Also they started to phone my wife at work and I never gave her number they are also so intelligent that they captured my cell number in correct and claimed I didn't want to answer my phone.

I'm furious that is the reason if you list emergency numbers they can't phone those individuals first of all they got the numbers *******ly so that is a massive breach in terms of Popia act which all legal entities need to abide by.

Lastly the gentleman who came to collect the car has no respect also did get in front and told me to drive to my home while the driver were following.

He was stinking of beer and I told him you are stinking thinking he is so clever he said it is his perfume.

So you allow your staff to work whilst under the influence Secondly you let them drive the vehicle Lastly I never got a call they pitched up in a public place.

I'm fed up I don't have transport to get to work anymore because of this.

In the process I called Dave useless when I told him the guy is under the influence. He said he can't talk to his accounts department.

They prey on people and I will not leave the matter here I'm going to take legal steps if my money isn't in my account on Monday 19th May 2025 08:30

I was never treated properly the day when I fetched the car I told Dave I only have my lunch hour is everything good to go said yes Sir.

When I reached the office No one assisted I waited two hours for them to call me to sign contract and leave.

Whlist I was sitting there didn't even offer your client a glass of water.

Before things get ugly I want my R15 000 back.
