NO FINANCE CARS, ************ DEALINGS

Bought a vehicle on rent to buy from No Finance Cars. Service was great until I was in an accident and a claim had to be down. Vehicle was write-off and i had to pay the excess. Everytime the excess amount changed. Eventually after 2 months without a car they have me a "like for like" vehicle. After signing the contract and was told there was a small refund, I took possession of the vehicle on 26 July 2019. Two weeks later I was informed that calculations were done incorrectly and the Mohammad Sadeet, the Principal Dealer refused to sign off the refund. I received an email to either resign or terminate the deal. Feeling that the signed contract was valid and I refused to resign, I unfortunately had to terminate the contract. No Finance Cars now make it seem as if I was in breach of contract and still want to charge me funds. They even went into my bank account and the funds is irreversible.
