NO FINANCE CARS ******** *******LY TAKING CLIENTS MONEY

I had a contract with no finance cares which i cancelled within 4 days due to faulty car that i was given of which the sales consultant agree that the car was faulty and it was taken to workshop for fixing, When i reported the movement of the car and the sound on the car Hasan told me that there's nothing rong in the car maybe i do not know cars, the manner he spoke to make me change my mind on working with them, i then decided to cancel the contract with them of which they charge me 1 month rental for contract cancellation. on the 24 July debited my account again when i call them the service was very bad and they told me they dont know when they will refund me
