No Finance Cars reaping off people

I bought a car from these guys on the 27th of May 2020 and on the 2nd of June 2020 I was involved in a terrible accident. The car was written off. I was on the and the other vehicle was on the wrong, the accident report proved that and the guy from vehicle (B) kept on apologizing to me repeatedly.

NFC requested that fill some forms and submit an accident report to them so they could close the account. I did everything they wanted and they went quiet. I kept on phoning asking what was going to happen and they kept on promising that someone will be in contact with me.

On the 26th of June they then went into my bank account and took R10105 without saying anything me. I phoned them and they pushed me from pillar to post up until a very rude lady by the name of Dimakatso told me that I owe them R63000. When asking her what the money was for, she told me that it was in the contract that if I get into an accident I will have to pay 20% of the damage. I asked her which insurance paid for the car is it for my car or for the other guy. I did not get answers for that. They are not interested in talking to me they are only interested in taking my money.

On the 27th of July they went again to take another R8950 from my bank account. I don't have the car and they are saying I do not qualify for a replacement car.

All I want is transparency as to how has the insurance paid for the car and which insurance paid.
