No finance cars has no respect for customers bank accounts

I can't believe No finance cars, Roxanne, had the audacity to debit my account twice, now my other debit orders are not paid thanks to them. First time dealing with these guys and already I'm experiencing such a bad service, no respect for customers bank accounts. They just take whatever money they want to.
