No finance cars

After getting my vehicle from no finance cars everything went well until the license disc expired end of December 2024,I started reminding them since October and up until now January I have had no success getting the license disc,the license disc department is useless they say they will call back but they don't after numerous attempts nothing happened,very disappointed and very unprofessional
