No finance cars

I have taken out a car from this company from March this year due to the current employment issues the country is facing because of the pandemic I decided I would return the car this vehicle is on rent to own basis. I returned the car locally after 72 hours I changed my mind and wanted the vehicle back I thought about my financially situation and worked out a plan to continue paying for the vehicle I phoned the company to ask for the vehicle back. The utter disrespect, disappoint, frustration and arrogance from from every person that picked up the phone for a full 6 hours was down right disappointing and truly demotivating. After the 6 hours I used Google to find out how I reach the top, senior management that is, I couldn't find any contact details for any senior management advisors neither did anybody want to put me through to a manager, after finding a managers name on Google and no contact details for this manager I used his name to get assistance and WOW! the assistance I recieved, the advisor informed me I will be able to up the car with 24 hours, however I waited 3 weeks and finally I get a call that my car is ready to pick by this time my partner and I already purchased another vehicle privately I told the advisor I dont need the vehicle but still I was unfairly charged the complete fee for a whole 30 days and apparently I still have to pay another 10k for terminating my contract.I have already invested 40k + 10k termination fee = 50k into a vehicle I dont have, I have paid all my bills up to date from the time I have the car I dont see why I am going through so much of pain, I am pregnant and was just looking out for the best option for myself and I thought a company big as this would be able to assist their loyal customers in their most difficult times. Unfortunately not ! I will not recommend this company to anyone and I would not purchase another vehicle either.
