No Finance Cars Boksburg.

Had an accident on the 9th of August 2024. Car was collected dd 13/09/24.

When I got the car back after sending a lot of emails where sometime I would send 3 emails only to get an emailback with no info. I finally get the car back after 3 months. then I had to send it back as the panebeater that was used damaged the car, the car was not repaired properly. Then I get a call back and when I went to collect the car it still was not done right. I collected and left the car at NFC 5 times and then when I finally got them to sort everything out I found that the rack ends on the left were not replaced, the tie rod end was not replaced but they replaced the control arm. How is this even possible. Then I get told that I can get the car repaired myself and hey will pay. so I did that I paid the mechanic in cash sent the invoice with the paid stamp on the invoice and they still refuse to pay as they want a receipt.

The DP of NFC is never available. I have phoned on numerous occasions and been their and get the same answer he or she is not available or not there.

How is that for service?

Only 1x person at NFC was prepared to assist and helped me get my car sorted and that is Hoosein the rest are pretty much not helpfulll.

3months to get a vehicle repaired this is ridiculous.
