No Finance Cars Boksburg

i have been renting a bakkie from No finance cars Boksburg since 2016, my contact with them is due to finish in February 2020 however i wanted to settle the vehicle before as that is an option in the contract. i have been requesting a settlement amount from them since the 14 March 2020. i have sent many emails, the lady i dealt with Dimakatso Moloi said she would send me the amount in March and up to this day she has not done so disregarding my countless emails i have sent, no one at this company seems to know whats happening.

regarding the licensing of the vehicle no one was willing to assist me, i get placed on hold when i call with no one assisting.( i still do not have this)

i do not recommend this company to anyone as they do not know what customer care is and do not care as long as they receive there monthly payment.
