No finance cars

I brought my car I to the head office in boksburg. For something to be changed, I was told it will take 4 hours, 4 hours past and the next thing it was going to take 4 more hours. Then I was told I should come the next day at 11am and ut will be done. So I came at that time. And it was still not finished. I'll I got was empty Apologies. Worse place to come!!!! I'm very unhappy.
