NO FINANCE CARS -2 MONTHS STILL WAITING ON REFUND

The worse company to deal with by far..... been waiting 2 months for a refund. I distinctly ask my account manager what was owing after she gave me the full amount I paid my contract has ended and paid for everything outstanding, including my car disk...now I'm told they cant give my disk and I shouldn't have paid for it. its been 2 months my License disc expired and I'm still waiting for my money.
