NFC the worst rent to buy company
Is there anybody who can assist me with a legal action against NFC Boksburg please. My rented car was empounded on Friday 22 -05- 2020 due to lockdown effects I could not pay the whole rented amounts for 3 months. The NFC employee by the name of 'Marike' who is handling my account advice me on Friday to come back on Saturday to make arrangements with her on how much can I pay on my R7500 bill to be able to get my car and from what I pay then arrangements will be made for the rest of the outstanding balance to paid . I got to the premises on Saturday before 11:00 and I was told by the same lady that I should have brought my bank statement and it was late for them to assist me on Saturday. She also told me that even if I come on Monday his senior managers would not be available to assist with the arrangements to release the car since it was their holiday/Christmas. I went today the 26-05-2020 to try and make the same arrangement that I was advised I could make but it was refused by their senior manager Mohammed. I was told I needed to pay the whole amount including their collection fee of R3000 now my total bill due was R10500. I went and made means to pay the whole required amount by 12:30 today only to be told I cannot receive my car around 15:00. As per their release department I cannot get the car because their warehouse needs to inspect the car and fix things on it. They are not sure what time or when can I get the car since their warehouse is not opened yet. A guy by the name of Jacques who works at the release department said he can check and fix the car I must CHECK with him tomorrow but his not sure about the time he will finish. What a lot of bull and inconvenience. I need my car for work I am so angry and inconvenience. This company treats their clients badly and I wish I could have been advised before signing a contract with them.
