Nfc hasTraffic department issues

It's the worst mistake of my life, but I took a car with them In June last yr 2 weeks later it stuck due to electrical wiring issue they took to their depo for 6weeks while they demanded that I paid their installment which I did until they finally fixed it in August. Then this year in February 2022 that same car was impounded I reported to NFC they kept on dragging the matter until I got exhausted and went to traffic department to pay the fees R9000 to get the car out of impound hoping to claim my car my money later.. Little did I know that the company"Nfc" itself was owing municipality about R78 000 hece no release of form of the car was given to me until today since the car is still being paid off.. NFC still getting installment fees from me 4 months while I still don't even have the car, NFC very reluctant to assist me yet very eager to enjoy my money while I continue to suffer financially strain . It's exhausting and very frustrating unreliable company
