NFC Boksburg

Hi,Before anybody even thinking of renting to own a vehicle from these skellms take note of my experience. We did a deal with them 24 months ago,at that time I had a job, 8 months into the deal I lost my job but had enough savings to keep paying this vehicle. My wife has been the sole bread winner since then for the rest of the period and I have been unemployed for 14 months. When lock down was announced I contacted them and I was told to send a SMS with details to as "Jasym" and I was told by him that I will be put on a list and we will then be considered for assistance. Middle of April I was informed to pay up and I asked but what about the request for possible assistance,not a payment holiday,assistance. I was told to pay up an amount and then they will look at my situation. I have asking specific questions such as what will my payment schedule be like for 3 months before I pay the specific amount. No reply to any of my questions. I had a feeling that they are going to play games with me. For 2 weeks I have been on the e-mails with a lady because the "board of directors"do not communicate with clients. My questions remains unanswered yet they keep threatening me with repossession and an outstanding amount of R15000. They can go ,./.,. off. If there is anybody out there with the same problem lets get these heartless ****holes and spread their bussiness practices far and wide. 24 months, no problem!! and that is how I am being treated. I am not happy with NFC and I will never do bussiness with them ever in my life, they took my R20 000 cash and now they want to ***** me for an additional R15 000. High hopes *****s, try me.....
