Much improvement needed!

<p>Great place to buy a car if you are struggling with finance through the major banks but that is where sadly the good ends. Only as a potential client do you receive positive service from the company. After all the paperwork is done and you receive your vehicle it is a painstakingly difficult task to get anything out of them. Got told to collect the vehicle from them on a Friday at 10 only to be informed that the paperwork for the vehicle had not been processed yet asked me to return at 3 only to be told that it still had not been done. Had to drive back on Saturday to be kept waiting again for 3 hrs to get my vehicle. I had 30 days to log any faults to discover 2 weeks in that the brakes were shot and that it had not been serviced prior to delivery. Brought it back for the service and brake replacement being told that it will be done by 3 in the afternoon only to be kept waiting again. They pay you no courtesy whatsoever while waiting by just giving regular updates on the status of the vehicle neither do they enquire if there is anything they can do to improve your wait. Horrible Service</p>
