Loren from No Finance cars doesn't care about customers

This is second review I'm writing about this company. It seems like they don't care about what's going on within the company or their customers. Since my last review Loren the lady who's the reason I'm writing this review instead of contacting me and resolve the issue she just sent me an old email that she sent a month before then. She just went silent again from then no contact no response from my email and no returning my calls. I don't know if she the only person to handle these type of issues but I think she's doing it on purpose she doesn't care about me or maybe she doesn't care about her customers the only thing that's matters is when money going in. Please can someone help me with this matter because right now I'm in need of the car because it's my source of income, I'm struggling now that I have to borrow cars from friends and family.
