I have been renting to own a vehicle with NFC since August 2015 and August 2020 should be my Last payment as per information received from Anita in Feb. 2020, she has apparently resigned now. I called them on the 20th Aug.20 and the guy by the name of Rowan explained to me that my last instalment will be R4137 and I have R1000 credit, and I have to pay R1500 for admin on Change of ownership and the total amount added to R4637, To my surprise when I called to make arrangements for payment on 21/08/20, a new disrespectful Clerk who is the person handling my account, by the name of Jackie and the Accounts manager Juanita told me that I still have 9 months to pay, I have requested my statement none is forthcoming. This is means nobody actually knows what is actually happening in that Office.
