I referred a customer to nfc and the way they treated the customer is appalling

I referred a customer to nfc and the way they treated the customer is appalling. They rented her a faulty vehicle and when she reported within the 30 days period they ignored her. To this day they have not resolved the issues. They treat their customers very badly.
