How do people like this get employed......?????
I've been with NFC for more than 2 years now, and you would expect that they would want to keep their customers happy seeing as there's plenty of competitive companies out there that off the same service. Not the case and I surely won't recommend them.... A simple settlement quote request takes MORE THAN 4 MONTHS!!!!
I contacted Dimakatso Moloi (Debtors Clerk @ NFC) on 30 April 2021 to request a settlement quote and she advised she'd send it through once she receives it. I enquired again on the 3rd of May and was advised it's still pending so I left it there. When I enquired again on the 5th of May, I received a snotty email from her stating that I only requested the quote on the 30th of April and it takes 7-14 working days. How pathetic that this crucial bit of information wasn't shared right from the start. Nevertheless, I waited coz I wasn't up for dealing with someone that doesn't know how to interact with customers.
MORE THAN 4 MONTHS LATER!!!!! So I sent a follow up email on 14 September 2021 stating that it's been 4 months and I haven't received any feedback... only to get this response:
"My apologies, the lady who the settlement was assigned to left the company and I didn't allocate the settlement to someone else."
So I rep**** and requested the contact details of a senior/manager and also asked how long it's going to take. No surprise that I got a one-liner response and surprise again.. there's no contact details provided:
"7-14 working days "
To summarise - • How is this customer service? • How do people like this get employed? • Why must the customer remind the employee that work needs to be done? • I will be cancelling my contract once it reaches its end date because who wants to deal with such ****ty service.
