Golden silence in every department of No finance cars Boksburg

since I requesred settlemenr balance and received an incorrect amount, queried it with dimakatso who escalated with management a month ago,to date no feedback or recon done.been paying 18months and no difference in the pay up amount.Im due for an exchange after the 17th month as per contract sent countless mails regarding that, no response....from dikeledi a consultant supposedly to assist.my traffic fines were way more charged that they sent me to pay but the evidence prove is much less,when I queried this I also got nothing. This company is really bad ,can someone help me where to complain to let these people give me the service I signed up for.This is frustrating
