Faulyu cars and Poor client service.

<p>Not even 1 month after rent to buy the car at No finance cars Plumstead the car clutch snapped and had to be relaced. I called them to assist and waited over 4 hours on a very dangerous highway with my children. The Sales person Zunaid ensured me car has passed road worthy but now i see its not correct. When i called No Finance cars Plumstead i got no assistances fro Zunaid sales person giving me false information that they are sending out a mechanic that will assist me on the road, i waited for mechanic over hours no show when calling again her Zunaid are on luch or stepped out of office. The whole Plumstead office including reception Tuaheera dont even the Manager Reeca. I called Johannesburg the headoffice in Boksberg and spoke to Ushain (or something like that) he is the carcare manager he then assisted me with tow truck and said i must take my car to the nearest Nissan the car is covered under warranty and i need not to worry about any cost. Today he do not answer my calls, or messages, did not speak to Nissan and i need to pay 4600 because the cars warranty expired and not all the cost are covered. The Manager Mohammed are never in office and do not answer calls. In general dont deal with this company i had a terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to go thie route after paying 30000 deposit and 7000 monthly i sit with a faulty car. </p>
