Double debit order trick with no refund

I have also been ******* into a double debit order and it's been two weeks since battling to get my refund which I need for my rent money. I was also affected by Covid19 salary cuts and they were very impatient with me, I needed them to give me 4 more days as I was waiting for UIF payout, they threatened to take the car and I brought it in for safekeeping. Indeed after 4 days I got the UIF payout for the percentage of the salary cut and paid the balanced owed to NFC. Upon release of the car I was also ******* to a double debit order, whereas they claimed to have cancelled the other and that I must do a debicheck, mind you the debit order which is already running is aedos and cannot be reversed, debicheck also cannot be reversed. It's been two weeks since I have been trying to get a refund, to this day I am being told stories. I would never recommend them to anyone. It's a pity out of desperation people go to them. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my entire life, calls being ignored, phone thrown at me, being shouted at while following up regarding my refund, emails being ignored whereas they have my money. To them it's indeed all about money, they do not care about their customers. Never fall for their trick of wanting a debicheck whereas they already used your bank card to setup a debit order.
