!!!DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! WARNING

I have begun to steered all my friends, family, employees and colleagues clear of this useless ********** company. I will also warn all who read this and every social media followers. On the 13th of November 2017 I informed them of a late payment for the month to which they responded that they have initiated the repossession process. I then paid them half the rental and informed them and also requested an extension for the other half until Friday the 17th they acknowledged. I then payed the balance on Monday the 20th. On Tuesday the 21st they repossessed the car with a statement that had not been updated since the 14th of November and claimed that nobody cancelled the repossession request. The following Monday on the 27th, they sent me an updated statement with the repossession fee claiming that the account is in arrears. They then asked me to pay Decembers rental to which I responded that I will not be paying repo fees when the vehicle was repossessed under false conditions and they responded that they will not release the vehicle. Despite my attempts to sort out the issue after leaving messages for multiple people including "Candice, Magda, Mohammed and all the other *********** people", they did not respond, return call back requests or take my meeting requests. Then on the 18th of January 2018 I received an email from Magda saying that the account has been closed and that there are outstanding fees owed to them. I responded by pointing out the errors that they have made and I was snubbed. It seems that they feel like I do not even warrant a response.

I want to be perfectly clear, I will not be bamboozled by any ****** masquerading as a company with billboards and adverts to entice people who otherwise do not know better. There is no reality where a company can operate with total disregard for their clients and think that they can get away with ********** behavior by bullying their clients with false rhetoric.
