Disgusting service from Shaun.

I have been trying to get an update from this company regarding a claim. They dont respond to emails, when I try call the call gets redirected to multiple people who "dont work with claims". The lat time I tried to call I was put through to a guy named SHAUN, who is the most disgusting person I've ever had to deal with. I tried to explain the reason for my call and who can assist in giving me an update and was subjected to this mans bad attitude and egotistical power trip and when asking why he was being so rude, he just hangs up the phone. Honestly if this man hates his job this much, his boss should just let him go and allow him to find a career better suited to his nature.
