****y Service from No Finance Car

I just wanted to share my experience with no finance cars Boksburg, I took a car with them in June last year , this year I had a bit of a challenge by missing their instalment because of the funeral at home, I paid half on the first week of Feb but it was not enough they collected the car, I use it for taxify , They collected a car I then paid again the outstanding amount mid March , when I collected a car I was told that I can't collect the car because it was damaged it had an accident , when they collected this car from the driver the driver never notified me about an accident, hence when they collected a car they never reported that the vehicle had an accident I'm now been paying for two months for a car that I don't have when I ask them as to how come they could only notify me about the damage when I'm collecting the car no body knows, there's people from car care and finance department who don't give a damn, their service is really bad and currently the call I received last week was that my car was going for spray painting when I called yesterday they were going to give me feedback yesterday after they visit to the panel beater today they are telling me they are short staffed , so I am going to pay again the third installment for the car that I don't have this is really sickening then there's a lady called Lorren I don't think she cares about any customer's needs I found out last time that she was seating with my quote from the panel beaters for weeks
