Bunch of ****** and *****!

This is the worst place to buy a car from!!! they have no people s****s and response to emails or calls are mostly left unattended.

Was in a accident in Feb 2018. Got all the details from the guy and his insurance and sent it off to Loren!!! Loren don't respond to emails she don't respond to calls even if you leave hundreds of messages she wont respond! When you eventually get hold of her she has an attitude that stinks! She avoid questions and always has an excuse and make you feel like an idiot!!! Its been 4 months and still my car hasn't been fixed!!! Now I am being told I have to pay 7500 excess fee (not informed by Loren but a Roderick) which they will apparently claim back from the guy who drove into me and they will reimburse my excess fee. Reading all these bad reviews I don't think I want to pay the 7500 excess fee cos I have a strong suspicion that they will be making up an excuse to not pay that excess back. Its a disgrace in how they do business and then they make people believe they are doing them a favor! I mean the amounts they charge for a small car is ridiculous!!! I am going to find a way to get out of this bull!!!! I had enough now!!!
