I used their services because I was blacklisted and needed a car. It was all good and fine until I had an accident with their car. For starters, I dont have direct control of the so called insurance that I pay for every month and I can't have a courtesy car. Secondly, my car has been for repairs with them for 2 months now and for the last three weeks they have been saying it's in the workshop for number plates, regas of air conditioner, fixing the airbag, and reinstalling the tracker. When I try to find out why this is taking three weeks they gave me vague answers. They dont want to give me contact details of the workshop manager or anyone that I can escalate this matter to. I have been dealing with the lady by the name of Deneke Ras in Boksburg offices who only tells me about updates that she sees logged on a computer. This is really frustrating and I feel ****med
