Baddass service

This company is pathetic, I am so mad with the service I got from Roman the account manager of my vehicle. Around the 15th of February 2021 I contacted him to find out how much I needed to pay to get my license disc as I it was expiring at the end of the month. He told me that I was behind due to traffic fine and I needed to top up 1100 on my Account before the send me the license disc which I did transfer on the 1st of March 2021. After that I had to make several calls following up when am I gonna get my license disc and nobody ever gave me the answer until I received a call a week later when I was at home from telling me that he miscalculated the amount and that I was supposed to pay 450 extra to get the license disc, he even went as far as telling me there’s nothing he can do on his side and I have to pay that amount to get the license disc. I was ****ed off with that to say that how do you expect me to pay that amount when I was not at fault and I needed clarity from them to say how much do I need to pay to get the license disc before it expires and the amount they told me I did pay it but for 450 that’s abuse, you can’t expect me to pay that. Today the account manager by the name of Belinda send an email saying that I owe 150 of debit order which is the issue that was resolved back in 2019 when I had problem with standard bank, I asked them to take new banking details but they instructed me to go to the office at Boksburg and that time I couldn’t make it there cause I was working in Venda and promised me that they cancelled debit order I can pay by transfer. This company is full of **** and treat people like kaak. They’re instalment are madness and yet they expect me to pay full instalment of a car that I am not driving because I don’t have license disc. This is bull**** and want it resolved before end of the week. I need my license disc as for 450 rowan will pay that that’s not my fault he couldn’t do his job properly. Deliver that license that. I had enough of this ********. ****
