Bad service

The Boksburg brunch Receptions is the most unprofessional person and goes by the colour of your skin. We have been at the brunch since 09H00 in the morning; because of Covid_19 I understand that only limited people at a time..We only managed to get in at 11H00 and then she gets to tell me and my fiance that only one of us can go in . So I ask her hw so as when we were standing outside they has been coupled going in , to be exact 3 couples went in including a brother and her sister .she tells me that those people can in together because they where co-signing. She had not asked why we there together or anything I really feel offended and I feel that because of the colour of my skin i can not come in as another couple of the 3 who went in even had a daughter round about 17 years or above of age who was aallowed to go sit inside nxt to the reception and wait for her parents while the rest of us waited outside. The manage did not want to go out to speak to us only said I should sent an email with the complain. They really do not car about their customers
