Bad service

I was hijacked on 11 dec 2025 ,I called tracker, reported it at the police station .Friday 12 /12/25 i received a call from Stikland impound saying the car will be released on Monday 15/12/25 . I called nfc and told them ,they said the recovery team will collect the car .Wednesday 17/12/25 i received the call from an officer at Stikland that the car is still there ,and I must give them his number. Since the car was highjacked it's me that has to call and their agents send me from pillar to post , I've sent numerous emails at ***(who i was told is handling my case) and *** and there's no response , up until today I have no clue as to what's happening with the car . Even now I tried calling *** no one is picking up , their *** WhatsApp number lm talking alone .

I don't know what do I have to do to get assistance at No finance cars .
