Bad service

So I call no finance car road side assistance for help as my battery of the vehicle was flat which meant the car would not start .once I spoke to a call center operator I was then advised that they would call me back .I waited and waited no callback .I then call back and I'm told they have to confirm with someone via email .At this point it's an hour an no response .I then call back and I then receive a SMS with a ref no .No assistance of anyone at this stage .After numerous calls to an fro and fighting from 6pm to about 9.30 PM nothing .At about 10pm assistance eventually arrives and it was all over in 5min .Now thankfully I was close to my house imagine if I was out in the middle of no where ...I shudder to think.
