BAD DEALER TO DO BUSINESS WITH

one of the bad dealership I have ever visited. on 23rd we visited the branch in Bocksburg address Cnr Yster and Wiek street their treatment was so so bad and I dont think they deserve to work with client we drove far from Vryburg while my friend came from Kuruman to buy a car everything was completed only to find out that the deal can not be closed due to their racial discriminator manager who give us attitude and even chased me out of the shop as he was telling us that we are late around 10h00 while branch closes at 13h00 ..the lady named Chantel she is also rude and she does not have a respect towards her fellow colleagues and u can see that she treat them bad as all of them wanted to offer help but was afraid to assist as she was over powering everyone with her treats but I just hope that they continue like this until their business realize how does the customer pays an important role to the business.. i think it is best to close their branch on Saturdays as they are useless...people must be careful when they buy their cars from this people i told my friend to cancel the deal because if she will get problems in future they wont be able to assist her....they also failed to assist a guy also from limpopo.
