Bad Customer Service

So my experience for the past month with No Finance care dept Boksburg is disgusting. The have no empathy for their clients and no passion for the work do. After paying an excess fee of R7500 they make me wait for almost 2hours to release the vehicle, Their service overall is pathetic definately reporting them to the ombudsman with all my proof of their bad servic3
