Bad Customer experience.

I took a car with NFC last year August i have never missed a payment I've always paid on time and recently i was a victim of Card ******** the ********* cleaned out my bank account and i wrote NFC and email that my payment will be late and i even sent them bank statements where there is proof that my bank account was cleaned out, all i was asking for it was few days not like i wont pay at all for January but now they are phoning me threatening to repossess the car if i don't pay by Monday morning and if i want the car back i will have to pay extra R3000 for penalties. i have never heard of such and it was never motioned on their contract, think again before you sign up with them, they claim to SA's no 1 but the treat customers like *********.
