Afrikaans speaking minded business
I've tried now for 2 weeks to renew the cars license disk after my wife tried numerous times herself. It would seem that they only help you when you speak Afrikaans, because each time I spoke English I was passed around between their departments to no avail. I even switched from speaking English to Afrikaans while busy with the same rep and only while speaking Afrikaans was I helped.
