Accident Claims

Everything was good for the past two years and eleven months. With 7 weeks that was left i was involved on accident and the car was write off. When i was out of hospital i go and open accident report and send it to eastpoint for claim. After a week Mr Paul call to update on my claim and advice not to come and stay home due to the injuries. I pay for insurance including all their cover but during conversation they told me I'm not getting anything instead I'm owing them 22.5k for the final recon. I ask if i will get the and fix or sell since i owe them 7 weeks. They say no you won't get the car but you can sign another contract for a new car and start again for 3 years 😭 i was depressed i contract the lady that bumped me and she say your company haven't call for quotation. I call again and ask why they haven't do the quotation since she was accepting and willing to pay the damages through the insurance eastpoint never give me the chance instead they keep telling me that there nothing i will get both insurance will pay to the company i must raise money to settle the outstanding 22.5k. I tried all and i fail the lady that bumped never even compensate cent for my hospital bills. From 28/06/2024 i have been suffering to support my family or paying rent.
